Very friendly reception. The apartment was very well kitted out! Fresh decor and very clean. There was a little 'wear and tear' but this was minimal. Beds / duvets and pillows were really comfortable. very convenient location to city centre and business area. The location is excellent, apartments very well equipped , very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in other Blue Rainbow apartments in Manchester - both locations are excellent.

The kitchen was fantastic, everything you could need was all supplied. It was absolutely beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely also. Cannot fault it. As there is little direct external light (proximity of neighbouring buildings) it can be a little dark - some additional lighting would be good. The smaller bedroom could have done with more shelf space and hooks. Whilst the kitchenette was really well stocked, a sponge scourer would have made it even better. The no free wifi was a pain. And to get it was expensive. Nothing. Everything was brilliant!. Nothing. Apartment was a little dark. Had problems getting the internet to work. Cost of items in the unfortunate circumstance of breakage looks scary, but ok for occupants to be conscious. Was quite hard to find! Struggled to find the parking I had pre booked maybe send a map in advance directing to the carpark. view from living room. Local taxi operators that didn't know of it's location. Tariff for any breakages looked very steep and could be off putting. couch only big enough for two even though it was a two bed apt for 3 people. Nothing. an exterior smoking facility would have been nice. Very impersonal. Late check in at 3pm but early check out at 11. Late check out are charged. Extra WiFi fee which was extremely overpriced. Room services very bad. need post code sorting and better sign on property. The room description was misleading. I was not shown a room that matched website or booking confirmation description-vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls. I was unhappy, asked for refund and the staff were rude-particularly VC, the ops manager. She refused and so I left the hotel but she took my money.I am considering contacting the TRADING STANDARDS OFFICE for Greater Manchester, as it was unfair and that badly handled. The customer service understanding was non-existent. The worst 5 star place I have stayed in. Over priced Dirty.
