friendly helpful staff, good location, clean, windows that open, spacious room with many surfaces the kitchen was right around the corner from my room. helpful staff, central location, very clean, very quiet, bed very comfy, we were both very pleased with the hostel. You must show a valid photo ID at check-in. Driving license, passport or valid student ID are accepted. Groups of 7 or more may be contacted via email for full payment and names in advance. For group bookings where payment is not received within 1 week of arrival, the booking may be cancelled. Group booking payments are non-refundable. All bookings made for more than 14 people will not be accepted and will be cancelled. The maximum stay is for 14 nights, any reservations over this period will be cancelled. Please note that under 16s are only permitted in private rooms and accompanied by an adult.

By Train:
From Piccadilly Station (10 minute walk):
- Exit down London Piccadilly.
- Continue for 5 minutes until you come to Oldham Street.
- Turn right and right again at the second set of traffic lights on the corner of Hilton Street and Oldham Street.
- The hostel is across the road at number 15.

By Car:
Access from all major motorway routes into Piccadilly then on to Hilton Street.
