We were amazed by the cleanliness on the room and it was spacious. I will definately recommend my friends on this hotel and if I would ever catch a flight at Luton, I will book the same hotel again. I believed that Primier Inn has a chain of hotels, so please keep up the excellent standard like in Luton Airport Premier Inn.The staff were fantastic. They were all very helpfull in particular the reception staff. The room was claen and surprisingly big. We had a baby with us and the staff went out their way to find a travel cot (at no extra charge). First class service. The staff could not have been more helpful. Old fashioned standards ofservice in young staff, fantastic. Extremely efficient in every way andfinnished off with a breakfast fit for a king! I found it on internet myself in 1 minute.Everything at the hotel was lovely, however i believe there was a Wedding party present on very same night of my stay. Obviously i expected it to be a little noisier than usual, however i didnt expect the guests in the room directly above me to be thudding and making excessive noise well into 4am the following morning. This was mentioned to the Receptionist at check out,but no answer given. Breakfast was good by English standards but freshly baked bread would improve it no end!. Although the family room did not incur any extra charges, it was a little disheartening for my son to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
