  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. We had bookings for Afternoon - Smooth easy quick check in Junior suite, Art Deco Style Fabulous, bathroom huge, walk in shower with rain head huge, Free standing bath plenty of room for two. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing.   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... what people say » Lily. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... what people say » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
