Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. The location was excellent, minutes from the tube and close to pubs, restaurants, several parks and the Tower of London. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with amenities. Room service was great. Nothing bad to say - Highly recommended!.
all reviews » Fantastic room with first class service. The staff were very efficient and you could see them going out of their way to help people. farther better than other places we have stayed. The city area is very quiet at the weekend and as such the rates were very good and there was little traffic noise. The room was of an exceptional standard for the price and star rating (having stayed in some 5* hotels that were not up to the standard of this 4* hotel). We stayed in a Deluxe King room, and the quality was astounding. We absolutely loved it. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable. The hotel area is very clean and safe. There are nice restaurants and sites to visit even late at night.The hotel was perfect for my weekend stay, close to all amenties and underground. Not a major problem, but as its a four star hotel and for the price, it should really be a full size mattress. everything around the hotel was closed on Saturday/Sunday, but that's not really the hotels fault!. the hotel needs extractor fans in toilets. Price of alcohol!. The breakfast is expensive - and if staying at the weekend, it's hard to find anywhere else to get something to eat early in the City, so you have to go to the hotel. Only place to buy drinks in the hotel was the bar and it was very expensive.Iron was poor, short cable and it didn't work properly. Room was small.
