Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. I like the staff. They did alot for us.value for money, I stayed in room 944 and it was superb. It is in a great location in London, so close to Knightsbridge and Harrods. 24hour reception really useful as we didn't have time to check in before our party. Central for my business. Staff seem to be hard working. Having a completely equipped kitchenette was great. Couldn't ask for a better location - so close to tubes and fab restaurants/shopping etc.The staff were more than friendly and helpfull. very close to tube. the staff is very helpful. value for money, location. The room was nice, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. Very nice view from our room on the 9th foor. Everything was quite clean.The situation and the good value for money. The staff and the `freedom`. the closeness to the tube. The Cloisters was very central for my needs and very quiet. It had the ameneties I would have expected.Location and room was clean. The room in general wasn't bad.central area. The hotel is very near to King's Road. Nice room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom ok. Heating very good.the location. Nice and quiet area, near bus stops and tube station, not far fromthe centre.Very undated, I think it needs some refurbishment. Perhaps a small amount of toiletries (just the basics, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) could be provided - any hotel in this price range provides this sort of thing.The room that i stayed in wasn't well maintained. There were cracks in the painting. The paint job was not good and tiles were missing or very old. But the room was clean and it was affordable. So a good price quality rate. there are really some bugs in the appartment.One big complaint: there was no heating in the bathroom and the window would not close properly, therefore the bathroom was freezing cold. The management informed me that the heater had been disconnected in all bathrooms so they could do nothing about it. Also, there was no hair dryer. The bathroom door was broken.The fact that we had to do the check out at 10 am. The quality of the decor in the room was poor and bore no resemblance to the website. The New in New Chelsea Cloisters does not refer to the fabric of the rooms, they are, at best old and tired and in need of refubishment.The front desk startted phoning at 9 am to ask what time I was checking out ...this continued every 30 mins until I did at 11 am. The outside door next to my room made alot of annoying noise when people open it, and nothing was done on that issue, also the room is extremely small.the hotel needs to be ' renovated ' from top to the bottom.Very old heating system. Windows need double glazing because of constant draught.Enormous waste of heating energy. No strict management. The room need a new decoration. The door( bath room) couldn't close and the pillow is very old and flat. Not impressed. I will never go back again.My room was not very clean. There were even bugs. In my bed I found some hairs from somebody else. the studio was so small you could not open your suitcase properly. room1-lights flickering. room 2- 4 broken windows. room 3-over the boiler room- too hot. We had problems with the maid service, they made us pay a 7 - dayservice, but they came only twice, saying that they do not work onSaturday, Sunday and on bank holiday, but they knew we would have stayedthere during those days. When I asked for a refund I was assured by Mr.Roberto they would have given us our money back, it never happened. Theydidn't even collect the trash. What a pigsty!.

This becomes Sloane Avenue. Chelsea Cloisters is located on the right-hand side, just past the Conran shop, opposite 60 Sloane Avenue.
