The stay was excellent.All the Hotel staff were polite, helpful and reliable.The facilities in the room were excellent and housekeeping was up to the mark. I stayed 16 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The Hotel is a stone's throw from Paddington Station and very close to the shopping centre and Hyde Park.Highly recommended. The room was quite small but had an upstairs lounge which was adorable. The room was very comfortable and the free wine and chocolates that came with the club room was fantastic. Incredibly close to Paddington which was ideal for my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
all reviews » i checked into this hotel after complaining and checking out of another london hotel, my stay in Shaftesbury Premier London Hyde Park was most enjoyable, i would recommend to others, excellent location, excellent pleasant staff, i would certainly book this hotel again. We really liked the location. It is one block from the Paddington Train Station which makes it easy to get on the underground and commuter trains, The neighborhood is very nice and close enough to Hyde Park for a nice walk or run.This hotel is a gem! Perfect location, 2 minute walk to Paddington Station where there are Saintsbury's, M and S, etc., clean room, friendly helpful staff. I will never stay anywhere else in London. The room that we are in, is built for models. The corridor is narrow andbathroom is small (thank god we are almost size 0). fiddle with theshower for almost 5mins because water are boiling hot. And the pillowsare too thin and uncomfortable. They ask me to pay on my arrival. Problems with adequate hot water in our colleague's room.
