the staf. for the money it was excellent value. very close the railway,underground.simpleandcheap. Hotel staff was really friendly and they gave us early breakfast on our request. Fresh towels are provided every day. It's ecxellent location for sightseeing and good value for the money if you dont plan to stay in the room for a whole day. I'll return again if they keep the good price.

I wont recommend this hotel to anyone and what is more I think you are not reliable website so no recommends for you as well...The bathroom was so small anyone over a UK size 4 would have struggled, the shower leaked and was full of mildew, only one cup for tea in a twin room and the continental breakfast was 4 tables in reception - which were always full so very difficult to get breakfast although hotel was very cheap and in a very good location would recommend paying more for a better hotel. Toilets were extremely small. In fact, only usable with the door open.My biggest problem with this hotel is that it seems to have copied andpasted text from other hotels. The business centre for Internet accessis really a small moth eaten table in the corner of the reception. Itsays it has a restaurant, but this is actually 2 small tables in thesame reception area!! As for recently decorated?. The hotel needs some maintenance but apparently it is currently undergoing refurbishment. One of our rooms was too small and it had three beds in it. We were only two but I cannot imagine three people staying there comfortably. cleanliness in the bathroom and poor furniture in the room. cleaning,space of the room,really poor breakfast. room smelled bad, staff spoke bad english, foreigners, unfriendly, ugly, not enough breakfast, bad.The en-suite shower, toilet and basin were ridiculously small. The toilet and basin are in the space you would normally stand in in front of the shower. You have to climb over the toilet (literally!) to get to the shower. There will be accidents as people try this manoeuvre with wet feet. Unless you are a child you will need to use the toilet at right angles with your knees out of tthe door. The room given is very small, besides there is no wardrobe at all and the stairs is very steep. Never change dirty teacups while I stayed here. It looks no clean up the room. I have had better appointed rooms, and breakfast areas for lower prices on past visits to London.Generl run-down appearance. size of rooms, state of rooms, where breakfast was served and the food served for breakfast.Quite a few things, yeah: The room was very dirty, walls were verystained, the room was incredibly small, so as the bathroom. No remotecontrol for the tv. The carpet was quite dirty and the hot water keptrunning out while taking a shower. No in-room space for luggage. The quality of the rooms and the organisation of space.It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in during the past 38 years. everything. dirty, poor room, poor services, ... i had a lot of problems staying in there. it is not very nice to accomodate the guests during the hotel renovation.
