In the area you can find a supermarket, starbucks, pubs, the indian restaurant masala zone, the noodle bar waga - Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to solve any problems for you. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station. An excellent place to travel around London in different directions within zones

  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient. I did ask her where the lift was, to which she replied that they did n... what people say » ot have a lift, but she did point out to me that this was all mentioned on the website, I checked later and sure enough its there in black and white s - - The mezzanine level to the bedroom - the room was beautiful, and still had character despite being newly renovated - the big shower - the modern bathroom - the table and chairs in the room - the view from the window - the tea-making facilities - the wifi - plenty of toiletries (but see the other side for a downside) - friendly staff when we arrived and left - excellent value for money - the decor and standard of room was great for the price, we would definitely recommend to all friends and

  I liked that it was in a really good area, with easy access to the tube, Also,the personell and their services are really great. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out and came back to pick it up later. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,
