Very good location, close by hyde park and the underground station. Safeplace, good people. Very clean and large rooms. You can leave yourluggage after checking out for free. the location was excellent. and he staf were very very brilliant. as i was travelling on my own i did feel very safe t this hotel. It is not far away from museums))). location very good for accessing ctiy centre and bus tours etc. clean room and facilities e.g. toilet/shower room in room. friendly staff.
all reviews » Convenience, price, cleanliness and the place is light and airy. The people I was sharing a dorm with were nice and friendly. Good value , free WiFi and excellent breakfast. The hotel staff.approachable and kind. Rooms not cleaned properly each day. Otherwise good value for money - superb location, more or less everything is tidy, plus everything is tidy.Hotel staff were very helpful with arranging taxis and giving bus info and directions. The food was good and food prices reasonable. Location was great.its location. I had stayed in another single room (next door) a couple of years ago. It was much nicer. That's why I went back the other day. Quite ridiculous to have a sofa and two single beds in the room; far too cramped. No remote control for TV, and no volume knob (setting knob had been removed), towels were dirty. Receptionist had the dirtiest hands I've ever seen, so dried myself with a flannel!. free wifi. the shower in my roon was dredfull. i usually take ten or fifteen mins. i eas in there 40 or more b-coz the water was running so slow i couldnt get all the shampoo out of my hair...just the fact that the rooms were too hot . but better than being freezing. lift not working. Toilet smelly when I checked into my room and when I returned at night, so there may be a ventilation shaft problem. I had to open the window. It did not offer the choice of having a proper "English cooked " breakfast. You had to make do with breads and fruit and cereals.I didnt like the view from my room also the breakfast wasterrible.suggestion regarding breakfast more fresh fruits and cookedeggs.I Ate once and felt sick! The internet costs is too high.thanks. Not enough internet availability. Not enough telephone availability. Not enough showers.Bathroom was very small but we knew that it was a hostel. The sheets and pillow cases were very clean but the duvets and pillows themselves could have done with replacing. washroom facilities were not enough.like shampoo towel etc. the standards of this hostel has gone down. The corridors stank of sweat and the room smelt of urine with various stains on mattresses.
