Margo and Lucas were very helpful in every way possible to ensure our visit was special. You are very lucky to have them working for you because they obviously like people and take their job very seriously. They were professional and also very friendly, and great at helping us feel welcome and comfortable at Europa House...and in London. I can't imagine our stay at Europa could have been any better. Thanks Steve (My sister-in-law also accompanied us.).

The location is very, very good. Brekfast was good, and was included in cost of room. We were very pleased with everything. Otherwise we are simple people. Cleanliness of their premium. :). Staff very friendly Location good 5 mins to Hyde park. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to hotel 10 mins from Paddington station. 20 mins walk to American Embassy. Good breakfast. excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good pillows, nice bathroom, staff pleasant and helpful, super breakfast, excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and we were offered more toast and drinks. Breakfast was included in cost of room making it good value. Proximity to Paddington Station, friendly staff, very clean and loved some of the old fixtures and fittings. We were expected and welcomed by helpful, friendly staff. The vicinity is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and Paddington station. The full English breakfast was also good, with juice, fresh coffee, etc. tv in room worked perfectly. Location. site. Just lacalty the hotel . Only the toilet was little small. Sink to close too loo. all was good. Bed was on a slope. Decor needs updating. No towels in the room. I have never stayed in a 2 star hotel and thought this was one of the penalties. However upon mentioning to the owners son in law when checking out I was advised they had arrived late from the laundry and they were unsure of the rooms without any. Perhaps a mention at check in would have been appropriate. I only stayed one night and did shower but used an item of my clothing to dry myself!. The bathroom was rather small. Took a long time for the hot water to reach our room due to the design of the water system of the building. We were the last room in the line. one of thhe kitchen staff ( older of the two has an attitude problem) one of the reception staff a bit dis interested. nothing -all good. Seniors carrying luggage to the third floor room. Could do with a few minor repairs. water problems, pump was not working in room on top floor, to be fair they changed rooms immediately but still getting the mix of cold/hot water was difficult also in new room. In room number 6 - Ridiculously small wash basin with large tap makes it impossible to have a face wash and fill the kettle !! The shower/toilet area was too small. I know there are other rooms however in this hotel which are better. The room was very small, too warm, with trailing wires and open electrical sockets. The bathroom was so small it was practically unusable. The breakfast was too early on Sunday morning and only served for 1 hour??. Shower was a bit dirty and the shower head fixing was broken, had been for some time looking at the temorary repairs that had been done. Didnt have the breakfast as started to late at 07.30 am. The shower was VERY hot and the cold water didn't work. Would of been nice to has a bar. horrible unclean bathroom, tea and coffee can keep better too.(I have photos!). the short breakfast times. Top floor, no lifts,shower useless. The room is not good. Shabby and very tired Bed needs replacing, springs coming through in places. No toiletries in bathroom. No tea/coffee in bedroom. Bathroom is small but the shower was especially small and falling apart and very difficult to use. Large people would have a problem. Beds very uncomfortable, room very small. No tv signal. Couldn't have cereal if having a full English (not a full English as no sausage). Kitchen staff didn't explain how breakfast worked. Shower held up with a coloured ribbon, lots of damp , window,s broken .tv turns on a 4/30 am ???, did tell someone but nothing done, we paid too much. Room very small with not even a chair to sit down. Wardrobe with broken doors and no space for hangers. Tiny bathroom (1m x 2,5m) with a tiny sink so water fell over the floor, and no gel or shampoo. Breakfast was very poor and staff were very unpleasant and unfriendly, the other gests said that too.. Only good thing was the receptionist. The bathroom was worst ever!. lack of a breakfast. My room on forth floor, It has no elevator. No bady help me to transfer bags to my room.It hasn't air conditioning. Baaaaad staaf baaad hotel. staff inattentive totally unclean showers-toilet bedding unclean booked early morning call it didnt happen breakfast inadequate- we only two people at breakfast and took half an hour to get served - no poached eggs no sausages staff asked 5 times our order absolutely hopeless- a bad advert for london hotels.
