  Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great. The location is pretty good (in 15-20 minutes you're in the city and there are a lot of shopping opportunities in Stratford), but the most important thing is that it is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and slept well there. It is very simple, as you might expect, but for the price, we were very happy.
