Great room size and layout, well equipped and very comfortable. Not too noisy despite the room facing the train tracks. . such a comftable atmosphere to be in with everyhing a hand, close enought to transport services. Efficient and prompt staff, easy check-in and check-out. staff were very helpful...dedicated to service. Everything - the apartment was excellent.
all reviews » The Marlin booking office itself was every efficient and friendly especially Lidia, one of the sales staff - we needed to revise our bookings and there were no problems at all. The apartments make no extravagant claims and therefore you get what you were looking for. I would definitely recommend the apartments for convenience and comfort. . It was a very enjoyable stay. Apartment was nice and new with modern furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Excellent facilities, very comfortable, and site very secure / safe.Room was great - clean, comfortable and well fitted out. Lcd tv with lotsof channels, room was very quiet even though it was near train tracks. Icouldn't hear anything with the window closed. Was near a mall, severalrestaurants and a tavern, and a theatre.The apartments were new and furnished beautifully. Helpful staff that did not buckle under when stressed out by several families trying to check in at the same time, while several other tenants were asking directions to the Stratford centre. Lovely bathroom and very nice kitchen. 3 huzzas for the washing machine. The complex was new , and the room did have some teething snags which where sorted out swiftly where reasonable with the hotel staff, however i did leave a short list of faults which had not been previously picked up on. Got slightly lost finding it due to road works but once there the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and spacious and we had a very comfortable pleasant stay.Actually, I stayed in Marlin Empire square hotel, and enjoyed the stay. Would like to stay again and recommend strongly. The apartment was very nice and chic and was exactly what I had anticipapted. close to tube,town,and help was there if needed and people were nice. Difficult to find. Inevitably, in change over, some items are missing - so there were fewer items such as glassware or cutlery than one might have expected. But that was all. . It was a bit further away from the centre of London than i expected. Our beds were not made when we arrived and then we had to change apartments as the shower didn't work. The 2nd apartment was perfect though!. Room looked out onto railway lines - very noisy from around 7am onwards. no cork screw. sometimes the room was cold, and no heating in the dining area. Hiden enterance we could not find it for 20 mins. My first room had no internet connection. The hotel staff informed methat only rooms on the top 2 floors had internet, so I had them move meto one of the upper floors. Also, it's in a difficult-to-find locationin Stratford, and about a 0.75-mile walk to Stratford Station. I thoughtit would be closer from the description, but it was okay I guess. Onceyou know where it is, it's fine. The area. Trains screeching just outside windows that had to be kept open due to temperature. If we had to say something it would be the view but that really didn't bother us as we were inside!!. I had booked for family, but confirmation email did not mentioned that, but had no problem at all. The kitchen could of been a bit cleaner as there was still dried up food on the cooker knobs and our microwave didn't work. Staff was only friendly upon check in. There were several occasionswhere no staff were present. Difficult to find..Although close enough to local facilities and Stratford station, the area is not the best. The room did not smell good when first arrived. Had to keep the windows opend all day. The cleening of the room was not done properly.The location was not very good, did not like walking from the train station at night. the receptionist was not helpful, rather rude at times.The location is not the nicest. the rooms didn't have internet like it was describe on the web site and i didn't get the veiw i was exspecting.The location. They could have cleaned the rooms for us- atleast the housekeeping (Bed Making) and clearing the dust bins on a daily basis. Noise / disturpent from other guests. Lack of advertised broadband and staffs inaction to rectify this. the room was alot smaller than advertised and expected, the staff were quite rude and unwilling to help us when asking about the area. the room itself was very nice but we would not have wanted to spend more than one night there due to noise from other rooms. there were also holes in our bed linen but no one was available to speak to about this.view to the railway, not olimpic, the hotel name isn't correct. No cleaning service. The soundproofing was awful, and staff werent too helpful. The hotel waslocated right next to a busy train station which meant that until verylate at night and then first thing in the morning the sound of trainswould disturb your sleep. This was not helped by the fact that there wasno air conditioning and as the apartment could get quite warm, you hadto sleep with the windows open. Cleanliness. dirty. The dish washer was still full of dirty crockery..eg mugs so I couldn't drink a cup of tea...complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits had not been restocked and my bath plug was missing so I couln't have the long relaxing bath I was looking forward to. We moved the sofa in the room in order the watch the TV at ease. Underneath, we found a syringe. The dishes were all in the cupborads but they were dirty and we had to rewash all of them before we used them. The room overlooked railway tracks (no information telling us of this on the website) and we could hear trains from within the rooms which woke us up in the moring.I don't think the 1-rm apartments are ment for 4 persons to stay in. pretty loud because the train tracks are right opposite the hotel.small tv. yes the servic when i get out in 10 in the morning 19 jul.

If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in. A sofa bed can be provided for an additional guest (see Hotel Policies for further information). Twin beds can also be requested. Please use the Special Requests Box when booking to note any requests, which will be subject to availability. Please note that Marlin Stratford operates a strict no party, no gathering policy.
