For us everything was ok. It was hot in the room, hot water, the guy at the reception very nice and helpful. Very close to Stratford metro and train station.
The accomodation was perfect for the price. It´s near to the Stanstead airport and to the city centre.

in the room.

The position of the Hotel, NeaR to the StRatfoRd station, that is linked with 3 lines (undeRgRound and DLR).
Good location, well connected with public transport for the Excel and City. Friendly staff.
Very good connection to London centre from Stratford. Staff very friendly and good shower.
It was clean. For a solo city traveller is good place to stay.

Location,parking,price.
location.
When I ran out of coffee, I left a note and the next day there was
lots of it!.
Location is along the main road, easy to locate from Straford tube station.
Close to Stratford station with a huge shopping mall.
one night only booking.
Bed was creaking.
Window did not closed, was allways open. Toilet was in narrow place.
Would be looking for a bit more luxury if travelling with my wife and family.
i had a "personal" bad situation that's the reason i left the hotel ... but the manager faced it with great professionality ...
No shelves or table in the room or bathroom to put things on.
Paying on the day.
Room could do with a refit.
Bed was a little bit old / hard to sleep. But okay for one night stay.
Internet did not work in the day time for all 4 days of my stay.
area in general is not safety, small room, no elevator, very simple.
Internet was not working about 70% of my stay there. Big minus for that. A bit weird that reception was in other building but 'survivable' ;).
Dirty bedding,.
room entertainment was not up to standard. the tv set was not functioning well.
The tv could only pick bbc1 and itv 1,2,3 and 4. Remote didn't work
properly. Checked in at reception and then had to walk back outside and
along 6 doors to the hotel, quite weird. I had to repair and refit the
radiator thermostatic valve as it was stuck on high, just when the warm
weather started.
Safety wise is questionable because there is no body guarding the hotel at night. Breaking in should be quite easy.
The carpet in my room was dirty with some dark spots. Small room, it was difficult to move in the room. Very cold at nights in May.
cleanliness.
