You get what you pay for... its really nothing but a room with a bed.. and that's all we wantet.. Perfect when you are in london for a short visit and dose not spend any time in your hostel/hotel exept for when sleeping..
And its very close to Leyton underground station so the distance from central london dosent really count for anything.. - plea

Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Staff very good except for someone forgetting to be around to check me in when I arrived (at 19.45). Building contains company's offices so double check if arriving outside their hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Victoria line tube. Rooms seem spacious (always a plus with places also used for rentals). Well furnished on the whole.

The room quality was very high, everything was clean and well maintained.
The facilities of the room were very respected on our trip, the tv was excellent, the air con was very helpful and needed, the kettle was used endlessly.

Location was perfect for easy access to olympic village and stratford centre. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The live music in the pub on a saturday night was fantastic. Would recommend the cart and horses to anyone who enjoys getting away for the weekend and socialising with a few drinks and good music!

The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. It was warm - It was easy to get to although 10min walking distance from Stratford station. On checking in my room was upgraded to a double. Staff were generally friendly.

Location of hotel was excellent! Just a couple of walking minutes away from Stratford Station and Center which is a big hub for bus train and tube but also a shopping mall.
Room was good too, bed was comfortable and they provided fresh towels.
Staff was friendly and helped me with my bags.

Location: not central, but transportation options are very good, Stratford station is just 5 min walk from the hotel.
Room: very good, all necessary for the stay, clean and neat. Cleaning staff did a great job. Maybe a small fridge would be good to have, but that's a minor thing. We were really amazed of how efficient the room space was used.

We were very happy with this hotel. The location is pretty good (in 15-20 minutes you're in the city and there are a lot of shopping opportunities in Stratford), but the most important thing is that it is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and slept well there. It is very simple, as you might expect, but for the price, we were very happy. Free WiFi, but not very fast, there is a possibility for an upgrade though. Can only recommend, especially for younger people who want to see the
