    The apartments were excellent and we had enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. Kitchen is provided with all the cooking equipment and utensils you may need. It was a wonderful choice to live in Livingstone - Everything was excellent, the location, the cleanliness, comfort, and design. The flat was well painted and refurbished, looking very clean, tidy and cozy. Riccardo, the owner, is a gentleman, VERY helpful and promptly answered all our enquiries. I definitely recommend this place.

    very spacious, lovely and clean, perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to town, able to keep parking permit for a few hours exra after check out. - Spacious, 2 room apartment plenty of space for family of 5 .     STAFF WERE SO HELPFULL ADVISING WHERE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AGED 6 AND 13 THEY REALLY ENJOYED DYNAMIC EARTH ALSO ABLE TO GET IN EARLY AS STAFF HAD JUST FINISHED CLEANING, BUT HAD BEEN ADVISED WE COULD LEAVE BAGS IF ARRIVING EARLY THIS WAS VERY HELPFULL BECAUSE WE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN. Everything was in walking distance, but good local transport for the less energetic. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff.     The hosts were extremely accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Very helpful in every aspect of answering questions, providing suggestions, etc, etc. Breakfast was exceptional and the ambience of the dining area was wonderful.     The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously.     We were very satisfied with this accomodation, good location, shops and restaurants were very close and we could park our car without problems. We can recommend Tesco for buying food, which is about 200metres far from the house. In the area of the port you can buy fresh fish at the fishmonger´s.     apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road.
