A well kept hotel, lovely, helpful staff, a comfortable sleep and a great breakfast. Was very close to the main shopping areas and the playhouse which is why we chose this hotel. Very happy and would gladly stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and hotel was well located. Location and extremely helpful staff. Very comfy beds, quite a good location within walking distance from the main train and bus stations and not too far from the old town, friendly staff, quiet.

Asked for alarm call, didn't do it. Plus point, I ran the Marathon, and the let me have a late shower after the race free. Days Inn in Belfast charged £20 for this privilege last year (The last £20 they will ever have from me!). The shower did not work, we were told this by staff and they did offer to let us use an empty rooms shower, we had a bath instead. Also a few light bulbs missing from chandelier. Apart from that fine.Short breakfast (8 to 9 am only). Nothing folish about it. (very plain and poor). Heater:not sufficient. the room was very cold but we solve the problem by asking for an extra heater. hot water disappeared on one morning so we had cold shower. Your website stated internet access is throughout the hotel but it is not. It was only available in the reception. Poor bedding and towels.Tap loose on wash basin.Water not hot enough. The bathroom facilities were poor (we had a non-suited room). The showerand toilet were very small, old and tatty. I did not get a receipt when I paid cash and felt worried as I had given my credit card details. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second was better but the shower was not very clean, shower grout was all black. There was stains on the duvet cover and the bed linen was old and faded.
