The apartment has a living room to the front of the property with a beautiful original fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. There is a very bright and spacious double bedroom with room for a travel cot. There is a separate bathroom with limestone-coloured tiles and a power shower over the bath.

The apartments are a minute’s walk from Princes Street and walking distance from most of Edinburgh's main tourist attractions, such as Edinburgh Castle.
