When we first arrived, we were received by Murat at the reception, he was very friendly and helpful. He explained all needed. We went up to our rooms. They were clean over looking the phosphorous. Breakfast was great. The hotel is located just across the street from the happenings at Taksim Square. Honestly we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, all went very well, I defenately recommend it to other people going for leisure and shopping in Istanbul alone or along with their families.

The first time I live in this hotel ... Was in the very magnificence and staff and special mention of Mr. / Ibrahim ... In addition to its great location ... Very nice hotel they treated me very will, they upgraded me to nice room overlooking to the Bosphorus , Great Location On Istiklal St. Just facing the hotel , many coffe shops ,Restaurants and shopping places around the hotel. Location of hotel in taksim square near shopping centers,near pubs and night clubs and infront of metro station.u can reach all this by walking. the best location, directly at the Taksim square - you can easily reach any places in Istanbul, good rooms, friendly and helpful staff. For those seeking for hotels with much more relaxation, meditation or for honeymoon should look for other options because hotels in taksim square are located in a busy and crowded area. air conditioning not working because of weather so they turned off. nothing. uncomfortable metras and very bad Smelly corridor. Noisy. Somebody drank my mineral water while I was out. Staff speak very little English. The air conditioner was not working , then they were incapable of repairing it during all my stay ! Staff speak very poor English. There was continuous noise disturbance from outside and i can't sleep well. The Hotel staff are not friendly, they really need for hospitality courses. Intermittent wi-fi. Minimal water leakage in the bathroom Didn't approve late check out. The elevator was too slow to come and too fast to close door :). little noisy at late night. They had some problems with water drainage in the bathroom. The Taxi drivers in front of the hotel are the worse never use them .. not very clean , pillows. Wireless signal was good at room 410 and very bad at 406. sounds from out side windoos. Front side rooms are little noisy because of taqsim crowdness. 24 7 police sirens and police announcements outside your rooms...too noisy!!!! Some taxis don't go to the square so you are at a risk of getting dropped off with a lot of parcels. Hotel drainage smell in the bathroom. The ceilings were too thin . Could hear all movement upstairs everytime . (The restaurant was above us). Breakfast was a big let down. Lovely views but no variety. Food is average...service is average..... the staff dont smile as if they are not happy. The wifi in the room was not good. Some rooms have awkward decoration with golden color. They charge a high price for breakfast. Very noisy at the night. Although I had booked a family room I was given a double room the first night I stayed there. They said the hotel was overbooked and didn't give me any discount and claimed that all rooms with Bosphorus view had same cost. Not more than 3 stars. Over-priced average breakfast. non-smoking hotel, but I smell smoke in my room all the time, I had back pain from bad mattress. room are very small. -If you happen to have a room looking to main road, forget sleeping - there are small details missing which makes you comfortable. not very clean breakfast could be better. Food. Construction work at midnight. Staff were not proffesional , noisy , bad cleaning. Food is very bad.
