The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside. Personell at Hotell very friendly and efficient, service was very good. Breagfast was very good. Internet connection fast. 50m from M station and Taksim Square. We had somebody (beduin) shouting at the corridor Middle of the night. I called the central can y pls ask the person shut up at middle of the night. 3mins later no noise heard. I just heard security to say one word Sir. and after that Silence. :-). I was staying the second time at this hotel. Personnel remembered me, gave me a good room with a good view. Provided a good discount for my son. All I needed they resolved quickly and professionally. I will stay with them if I go to Istanbul again. The location is also an excellent. It is close to every place in Istanbul where you would like to be as toursit or if you want to buy something.Very new, modern an clean hotel. In the center of the town, just 1 minute from Taksim. Many restaurants in walking distance open even during the night. Easy access everywhere by metro, tram. bus, safe taxis and small van working as taxis with different clients and not expensive ticket. Very nice and helpful staff. Very rich and delicious buffet breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel. . It has excellent location. Very close to the metro, taxis and steps from istaklal street. in 20 minutes by metro you will be close to the main mosques and the beautiful Bosphorous Strait. Go to Pera Palace hotel nearby for a Turkish bath, though expensive. Can have a female attendant rather than a male. The hotel is locatd very close to Ttaksim Square, central for getting to the various areas of Istanbul we wantd to visit, just around the corner from Istiklal Cad, the vekry popular walkingnstreet. Unfortunately this time it as also very near the police action on the protest. The hotel staff were very accommodating in the situation. Excellent location, right next to Taksim square. You can take a bus from the airport for 10 lira- it stops right on the square from where it is just 5 minute walk to the hotel. Nice gym downstairs with steam room and Finnish sauna and Hammam. The Location of the hotel is super nice. It is meters away from Istiklal Street (heart of shopping & entertainment), plus if you are a first time visitor of Istanbul the Metro (located meters away) makes your life easier. They send it to a next door service but again that was handled professionally. and couple of times I asked to help with internet connection. none. Poor staff. Breakfast ends a bit earlier than most hotels. Didn't use the pool or have a Turkish bath there so can't comment. My room was a bit small and had a view on the neighboring building. There is a constant stream of taxis and police cars outside the hotel so definitely sleep with a window close or you'll hear constant honking and sirens. Views from standard or economy rooms is not that good, only views from suites are nice. Nothing Check out (12:00 afternoon - but truely it was metioned in the booking) and in the other hand the hotel helped us to arrange the drop off to airport and kept our valuble things safely during our tour after check out (special thank to reception staff). some of rooms to small we chang many times to get big room ,and view of some rooms not good restourant small . behind the hotel they build new building so it was nosy morrning. My bathroom had a pluming issue. Room might be little noisy but thats the price you pay for living in Taksim. The internet in the hotel is not very good, at least we couldn't have a good connection in the Ipad. generally , Turkish people don't speak English or any other language except turkey. Nothing!. The last time I booked for 3 nights, I apparently made a mistake and booked for the wrong dates i.e. one week before my arrival. Although it was non-refundable and I realized my mistake when I actually went to Istanbul, I think they could have given me a call or something and check with me why I did not show-up.. I got no sms, no call, nothing.. I did not like it. Noth8ng to dislike o,O. hotel can't control noisey people,, there was a group of noisey ladies next room and when I complained ,the reception didn't even show they cared. they need to change the music at breakfast it's so depressing and People at front desk should smile often,,. Breakfast needs slight improvement , depends which side of hotel your on major construction can make it hard to sleep. The internet connection was very bad! I even couldn't open whatsapp on my mobile. They charged the toothbrush that was in the room. At night we couldn't sleep because of the cars noises down the street although we were in the 4th floor. The noise was until 3 and 4 am! It was a nightmare thank to God we only spend two nights there. It was almost too busy and was easy to loose one another in a crowd. I must say that I felt safe however. Everything was great. Had no problem. The lady with a bit of white hair on the reception is very bad. construction view. Tv channel most of them are in turkey not much channel in English !!!!!!!! And most of the guests are mixed nationality Internet signal very poor inside room. breakfast ends at 10 am even in weekends which is abit early. غرف الفندق باردة جدا على الرغم من إطفاء جهاز التكييف وأغطية فراش النوم غير جيدة أبدا ونحيفة مما يعني أنها شراشف وليست بطانيات كذلك أثناء زيارتنا كان هناك فندق تحت التشييد بجانبه ولذلك فإن الإزعاج لا يقف أبدا على الرغم من أننا على الجهة المقابلة الأخرى ولايوجد قائمة لطلبات الأكل في الغرف حيث أن مطعم الفندق يقوم بالإقفال ولايقدم طلبات للنزلاء. the hospital located near by 2 hospital and very noisy road so we couldnt sleep as the hotel turn on the heating system and coz that we open the window and we couldnt sleep becouse of the very very very noisy street no free water provided in the room and also there is no escalator to wight the bags as its 4 stars hotel must provide this simple shings. They didnt have a water bottle in the room. You have to either buy a 8 tl bottle frm the mini bar or buy frm the market below. There was nothing I disliked. none.
