Excellent location for shopping and its in center of the city , very good rooms , excellent staff they were friendly and helpful specially the manager volkan , excellent hotel i highly recommend taxim hill hotel , i'll choice it again . The hotel is excellent and worth a 5 stars in term of services and treatment of all staff and breakfast so tasty and I liked the hotel location so much its fantastic i recomended every one to stay their its amazing hotel .

Location is excellent very close to Istiklal Street and all major shopping and leisure areas.Reception is very nice and cooperative ,Mr.Vulkar and Ounder and all staff have been nice and efficient. loved the location. service was prompt. if you book early you get a good rate. cafe s fantastic. - excellent location. - very good room. - good service. It might get a little noisy in some rooms due to construction works nearby, but for me personally it was not an issue. the colors of the interior is dark and the lobby is small, everything else was fine. Nothing .... All ok. small room, no spa or gym. Noise,expensive,breakfast. the breakfast was very poor with very few choices and breakfast room was very old. we paid 120EUR for the room and for this range the hotel must have provided a better breakfast. Poor restaurant Poor breakfast No English TV channels. Very strict regulations and services was poor . Very noisy ! you can hear people from other rooms !. Hotel's pictures are completely different, cleanliness was so poor, value for money does not derserve it at all, my experience was so bad with this hotel. Rude Dirty & Extremely poor level in everything. Hygiene is extremely poor, This hotel should be reclassified as a 2** No Retaurant at night as it was being renovated. Would never go there again. Asked for discount as extremely misrepresented on your site.
