  Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up. Other reviews aren't great, but I think people perhaps expect... what people say » too much - Phi Phi is an expensive place. You'd have to pay a fair bit more to do better. - The hotel staff where really friendly. The beds very comfortable. The view from the dining area over looking the beach was magnificent

  I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. This is one of 7 hotels we will have stayed in by the end of our trip and the most expensive of the lot. In saying that it is still reasonable in terms of what we would pay at home for hotels. We paid just over £300 for 3 nights bed and bre... what people say » akfast and really we thought it was entirely worth it. It is a bit of a distance from the main town but we were content with that. The beach, the view - This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10 month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone (even though it is just a 5 minute walk. You do need to move if you want a fantastic scenery view from your balcony :) Snorkeling is great. The beach is

  First of all the view is so amazing that you can open your bangol's door and look to sky and the blue clear water. I recommended to book a beach front bangol that will help you to stay near the sea and enjoy the time. Second is the breakfast buffeh was excellant and it was the best for me in all holiday inn hotels that i went to and the breakfast ... what people say » include both american and thai food . The resort also have different activities that can be fit to families and honeymooners it contain trips free sn - Great location. It is secluded and a little quiet but it fit our needs perfectly. Great rooms, we had a standard bungalow, breakfast was good as well, and the pool/beach were great. Service from the staff was great as well. Reading the reviews before we went had us worried, but personally, I found everything great. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend on the basis for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

  We book just for 2 days but there we added more days because the placeis amazing. The hotel is not new but the facilities are comfortable andclean. The price is very good. - Very relaxing

  2nd visit to this Hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Stayed in the main accomodation block with a pool view room, rooms clean, tidy & comfortable. Enough choice for breakfast to set you up for the day & easy walking distance to anywhere that you need to be on the Island. Last time we stopped we had issues with 1 member of ... what people say » the reception staff being very rude & unhelpful, but this time it was the complete opposite, in fact 1 of the staff (unfortunately i didn't get he - We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in the hotel for the full time on phi phi. We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away. The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.

  We found previous reviews hilarious when we got here: *People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill! *Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. Perhaps an indoor pool would've been preferred?!! *Complaining that the 'deluxe'... what people say » bungalow wasn't good enough-It's 2-star accomodation, you have to set your expectations as such. If you want 5-star PAY 5-star prices! If you go wit - Free WiFi (room 205 could still connect from free WiFi in reception!), free breakfast and location. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. We liked the location as it was close to the action but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet if you wish - perfect! Especially loved the generous balcony with loungers, table and chairs.   perfect view, nice food(especially breakfast), cool swimming pool, guest room is well-designed, and the hotel staff are very nice and professional, the best hotel I ever lived in Thailand! - What can i say! This place was amazing - the views were to die for!!! Staff were brilliant and really looked after us. A credit to Danny and his team.

  Loved the relaxed lay back atmosphere. The beach was beautiful for swimming. Beautiful outdoor dinning on beach evenings, amazing. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The resort arranged a long tail boat trip around islands,.snorkaling.etc Would rate as one of the best all around holiday destinations as this resort is more secluded than others. -... what people say » One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

  Zeavola is not your normal 'hotel' it is individual luxury chalet style accommodation. The outside living is wonderful as long as you don't mind the occasional visit from insects, frogs etc which I loved.   Lives up to its name! We found this little hideaway beach just the best place to stay in Phi Phi. If you want to stay out of the busy tonsai area then this is just the perfect place. The Relax Beach resort has traditional style bungalows on the beach and on the hill looking over the sea.   All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They made our stay really enjoyable. We had a room with the garden view but it was only 1min walk to the beach. The restaurant of the hotel had nice thai food and the sea view is amazing. The massage parlour was good and cheaper than most other parlours on the island. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!
