Zeavola is not your normal 'hotel' it is individual luxury chalet style accommodation. The outside living is wonderful as long as you don't mind the occasional visit from insects, frogs etc which I loved. Our weather on phi phi was not good and we needed to stay an extra night due to rough seas. The hotel really looked after us well. I would definitely stay at zeavola again in a blink although the beach is disappointing due to all the boats.

Foods are delicious on the restaurant but little bit expensive but worth it. staffs and manager are great they are always helpful to you so lovely place highly recommended. This is the perfect example of luxury in the middle of the florest, next to a perfect beach, with the charm of the rural Thai and the standart of a real five stars hotel. Great breakfast. And the hotel staff is extremely polite. The village suites is well designed, very luxurious yet outdoors. The outdoor shower is very special! The restaurant is very good,although also expensive. The breakfast buffet was really superb. The location and service was outstanding. Dwelling accommodations were delightful. When compared to the rest of the island, good chance that this may be the best of what Phi Phi has to offer. Staff were wonderful, food in the restaurants was excellent. Turn down service at night included a free gift every night and small stuffed animals for our small child to sleep with. The staff were very attentive and the accomodation was extremely luxurious. Every effort had been made to ensure a very relaxing experience. Every thing is perfect, the beach, the narrow path leads to your villa, the spa, the rooms, except too many insects. Cleaners, gardeners). The long tail and speed boats that are constantly arriving to pick up and deliver the guests not only to zeavola but the other nearby hotels. The beach could be so much better if all the transportation was at the rear of the hotel using the proper jetty at laem tong. The dirt and mess further down the beach is so unnecessary and it would take so little time to clear up and have such amazing effect. you have to generallt eat, drink, massage and arrange the tour from hotel because you dont have any choice. There is no wrong with that because their foods are delicios. massage is great and tours guide french gir is wonderful but little bit expensive. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Spa is quite expensive, even for standard Thai massages it is very expensive compared to other Thai resorts. Very difficult and expensive to travel from Zeavola to anywhere else (E.G. Railay), it seems there is only a transfer catered for from Phuket to Zeavola and back. Expensive when compared to the Thailand standard. The Mosquitos. The prices of everything reflected the exclusivity of the resort. There are too many flies in the breakfast restaurant. It's very annoying. The internet didn't work well. _Price of everything was much higher than neighboring resorts for the same services and the same quality _Diving prices were too steep compared to any other dive centers on Phi Phi island. The noise of the long tail boats on the beach, not relaxing at all. too many mosquitoes... Didn't really understand why manager doesn't greet his guests upon arrival or any time afterwards for that matter. We thought it was a bit strange for 5 star establishment. Food and drinks are a little bit on the expensive side. The restaurant and the food they served - very disppointing. Specially the Thai dishes, not good at all. Boats coming to pick up and drop people to nearby resorts. If you have the urge to go to the toilet at night it is a bit of a mission and mosquitos gather up there. nothing!. No halal food for moslim. I found that the reception staff & restaurant staff to be unfriendly and reluctant to service or accommodate when we had questions about tours or general information which I found to be disrespectful and disappointing coming from a luxury 5 resort, food was average-below average for price and quality, my Tom Yam was atrocious, I was shocked.
