Great staff, the location is 5 minutes from the harbour, you feel safe because they hire many guards, breakfast was good, they have good computers free to use and wifi in all rooms. Considering the price and the Tanzanian standards, this place is absolutely the best in terms of quality/price ratio. I have arrived at 10 AM, my friend at 8 AM, and we did not have a problem for the early check-in. Also I agreed on the free of charge la - The hotel is brand new and really well located. All the people working there will make everything the can to make you have a great stay. From the cleaning ladies, to the guards passing by the waiters and the reception desk everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. i'll definitely stay here for my next trips to Dar. One last good point : it is really safe too.

  The Manager at this hotel is exceptional. We had a few issues during our stay and mange to resolve them in a very professional and sympathetic way. I travel often to Dar Es Salaam and from now onwards this will be my hotel of choice. There are newer hotels with perhaps better facilities but this hotel has the best service by far.
