The rooms are comfortable. I had a room with bay view and was concerned about the comments I read about the church nearby early music, but in reality that was not an issue at all. The lobby and all other hotel common areas are very good, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, with the exception of the restaurant that seems to have a service issue. Very good room (Club room) at a very good price compared to other major hotels nearby. Great staff and good breakfast. 5 minutes easy walk to the Zanzibar ferry. And an immediate very helpful e-mail response from the manager organizing my airport pick up. I will stay at the hotel again.
