Right on Via Nassa, in the middle of town. Great location. About a 5-10min walk down the hill from the train station. And about another 10 mins to walk to cable car and travel back up the hill. the staff was friendly and the room was clean. great location. staff was kind and ready to solve customer problems. Friendly stuff, Location. the location is great. Small hotel in pedestrian area of old town and just one block from the lake. Clean and adequate plus easy to get to from railway station via funicular and a short walk. A good choice for a short stopover en route if you like to be in the main shopping area and near the primary area attraction (lake front). Simple continental breakfast. i like the person who worked in the morning shift because they were nice to us and gave us lots of information we need.Location (in the very city centre, not far from the railway station), nice and helpful staff. Location, friendliness of reception staff. Very conveniently located. It was in the center. Location. Location. a bit noisy. The internet point didn't work when I needed. I suggest to install wireless internet.The room was too expensive to have to share a bathroom. No air conditioning. poor breakfast!. the breakfast is not that rich!!. I do not like the person who worked in the night shift, I think his name starts with "F". He was rude. He could have told us in nice way to turn the volume down, but the way he approached was like blamed guests(us) face to face and with bad attitude, I was quite confused if his position is the guest or the staff because normally guests blame staffs,not the other way round. That person is the worst. Poor breakfast selection, Italian style rather than Swiss. Breakfast service could be improved (preferably a buffet breakfast, instead of a continental breakfast). You could hear the other people in the next room, the rooms being separated only by a sliding door. It should be put a wall instead of the room, or given only 1 room to people and the other one kept empty, when people are not coming in a group to use both rooms. Room for breakfast small for the size of the hotel. Had to wait.City tax should be included in the total price shown in the website. Lift was very small, room could be cleaned better as under bes and behind curtains was filthy.
