  Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow. The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff can help with recommendations and also organise trips and taxi tr - We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

  Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut.   The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him.   We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  Very nice apartment with everything working and excellent facilities- friendly landlord who arranged drop off at airport for 70PLN. Close to city centre and away from any noise - the position is perfect 5 minutes walking from the plaza. The apartment is amazing with all kind of facilities. I strongly recommend it.
