Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. all reviews » We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. They brought breakfast to your room at your chosen time and you could eat it at your leisure, in your own room and sitting around in your PJs. They were very helpful and tried their best to give directions, organise trips etc when we asked. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They even let us store our luggage on our way back through Krakow when we were not spending the night. Location is great. Short walk from train station, town square and market.
