The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him. Nice continental breakfast in the morning too, everything fresh and of a really good quality and a good coffee. Absolutely all things are very good: location, cleaning, service etc.all reviews »
Staff was very friendly, room was excellent, close to everything. excellent hotel,well located for old town. intimacy, short distance to the center. Very helpful, friendly and informative staff. Everthing was extremely nice and we really enjoyed our stay.Warm, clean, well located, individual, very friendly and helpful staff. Location. Location, staff and rooms. Alot of steep stair climbing, no elevator.appear to have been charged 7%VAT. no restaurant or bar.

Our guests can enjoy breakfast consisting of a selection of meats, cheeses and other treats in our intimate breakfast room, which is located in a tastefully converted cellar.
The room also doubles as a restaurant, but we can only cater for groups between 8 and 20 people. Guests can set up their own menu, and a reservation is needed at least 2 days in advance.
Il Calzone restaurant can also be found in the same building (no reservation is needed).

Each of our apartments has its own individual style and character, such as the romantic "Pani Walewska" named after the vivacious Polish lover of Napoleon Bonaparte, or "Joseph Conrad" which has a colonial style.

You can reach our hotel within fifteen minutes by foot, 1 km, or a couple of minutes by taxi.
By Air:
Krakow Balice airport is 12 km away.
It is a 20 to 30 minute taxi ride from our hotel.
