We stayed in the apartment for 6 days and nights. It was very close to
the centre, walking distance. Street was not noisy. Very short walking
distance to the main railway station which is absolutely a plus. From
the airport it was easy to get there by train! Also very easy to take
the bus to the saltmines and Auschwitz! The staff was very helpful. They
are not continuously at the apartment but to communicate by sms was
perfect, always quick response. The outside from the building was grey

This place has been the best I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and luxury. The localization was great, in the heart of the city. I will recommend it to everyone!.

We enjoied the very central location of the hotel and the quite large size of the room.
Location and service was good. So close to old market. Was clean.

Not much. The pots and pans in the kitchen where a bit poor. Towels were
a bitt less but one sms and we got new ones.
The room wasn't with a balcony as we booked and we found the address was different when we arrived at destination. No toilet stuff provided (soap, etc).
Comfort of beds wasn't so well. Would effect on customer satisfaction.
Bed stuff (matress, sheets, blankets very old and a little bit dirty).
