It was situated close to the city centre. We also liked the rooms as well as the nicely served breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. =). Michael was very friendly and helpful . the location was good. It waseasy to find our way around the city from the hotel. Reception staff very helpfull. Centrally located. location. We were quite pleased with the security system employed that gave us added confidence. accessibility of main touristic , culture and historical places from the hotel ; confortable and homely stay. nice size of rooms and clean...simple breakfast, close to city - quick walk. Efficient, close to Old Town. Location. Ease of location to the nmain square and station. It was in quite a busy noisy location but that was not a problem. Teamaking facilities would have been nice. not having a 24 hour service as it was needed to make a complaint about noisy young guests. See above, plus the rooms in the front were very noisy. It would have been nice with telephone in the room so at least the reception could have been contacted.Could have done with tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hallways could be brightened up as they give the impression that thehotel is not kept very clean but the rooms are clean and comfortable. A ceiling fan or a/c is needed as opening the window lets in too muchtram/traffic noise. The woman who checked me out was dismissive andunhelpful. We stay 3 night and they did not clean the roomall this day. monotony of the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't great in terms of selection. I would have prefered more variety of cereals as there was only one choice.Defect at the shower: water was floating the bathroom. Overall the rooms ,the building and the surrounding area were very drab.I do think we would stay here for a period of more than 3 or 4 days which should be adequate to tour Krakow. noise of doors slamming nearby... warm in rooms but a little noisy if windows open. Beds were uncomfortable and it was very noisy from the street. Extremley basic receptionist very abrupt the attic beroom ceilings very low and difficult to avoid.
