Friendly reception staff. I liked the staff, the breakfast, the facilities, the room, the location near the buss stop. Nice, well connected. I have stayed in this hotel several times of the reasons mentioned above. But I always try to get a room on the back of the hotel and in one of the higher floors, because else you wil be disturbed by the trafic.
