The staff. I was having a problem with my mobile phone and the lady at reception (I wish I knew her name) was sensational. She went to a lot of effort and trouble to help me, and she was amazingly friendly as she did it. Excellent service!. Very clean room with new furniture. The cafeteria had a small garden. Very good breakfast. The price was a bit high maybe due to the holiday season.
