Location is within easy walking distance to The Mall and Marine Parade where everything is a just a short cab ride back if you don't want to hike the steep hill. It's also a pickup/drop off point for the Millford Sound Tour. The managers were very helpful finding us either Internet deals on activities/tours or offering to shuttle us to the airport. The room is perfect will all the facilities you could imagine. And the location is great, just 5 minutes to the town. And the bus stop is just cross the street. The staff there are nice, could help to booking tickets.

Excellent location just 5 minutes from the town centre out of the way of any noise, bit of a hill but not really an issue. the willingness of owners to help with our schedule, friendly and very clean. Good value. Staff, really friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended friends to stay. Very well presented room, comfortable bed, clean everything that we needed. Comfort and location to Queenstown shops/restaurants township. location, nicely designed, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Fantastic room for a family of 5 and very closed to town. Clean and comfortable, and a 10 minute walk into town. Room was really nice, good bathroom. It was good value. value for money. The location is good - 5 minutes walk to the village was handy. Comfy king bed. Thank you for upgrading us, apartment very clean, kitchen big and well equipped. They offered transport as an alternative to taxi. The views. Large room. Nice view. Although clean and well located, the hotel is 'tired'. It's awkward & dangerous getting in & out of spa bath/shower. Limited amount of time on WiFi Internet. This seems to be a country wide issue though. Having to go across the road to have breakfast, and no air conditioning. nothing comes to mind. Shower was a little disappointing, lower water pressure or maybe the type of shower head with fluctuations in water temperature. Nothing. nothing. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. On the last day we found a shirt behind the couch that didn't belong to any of us and we had already been there for 4 days. Said there was a mountain view but you needed to stand on tip toes and look over a six foot fence to see it!. There was nothing that I did not like. The cleaners turned our fridge off. Our beers were then warm, seafood had to be thrown out as well as milk. Tired decor and bathroom. Tried to cancel one room as my friend ended up in intensive care and they wouldnt refund so paid for a room that was not needed. The first room we got had a big fence in front of the view so just check which room you are getting. The picture of the room online isn't always the room you will get. Front office staff were not welcoming and not particularly helpful. A large group of us were staying there and all felt the same. Especially one member who had a very nasty fall when trying to get into the extremely high spa bath to take a shower. She slipped and suffered severe bruising and a possible cracked cheekbone. The front office staff/manager/owner were un interested, non sympathetic and didn't show any professional interest in how this could have happened!.
