Nicely located near to the lake, close enough to the city yet far from the noise. Fantastic facilities (washing machine & dryer, Flatscreen TVs in living area and room etc) and very well equiped kitchen with dish washer, oven and microwave. Overall a very comfortable and hassle free stay with excellent value of money! Will definitely recommend this place. Had an amazing time! Staff were great and rooms perfect! Really couldnt ask for more! Very close to the town (5min walk) in a nice quiet location with stunning views of the lake and snow capped mountains. Great value for money for anyone from families to groups of friends to business trips. We will stay there again for sure!.
all reviews » Queestown for over 70's Otago visitors is best to visit when its not a holiday weekend ,We had mechanical problems while there and the service we received from Spanner Work 23 Industrial Place was ex.very friendly staff etc. Very Clean place. Accommodations were immaculate, spacious and a convenient jumping off point for activities in Queenstown. I appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. Mountain, lake views from our room. Upgraded as a return guest. Friendly staff. Environmental efforts in daily operations. Can walk to town centre in 5 mins. Close to town, very luxurious places. Staff very helpful and friendly. Units clean and tidy had all amenities needed in them. Very quiet. The washing machine and dryer in the room was really useful after 8 days of travelling. The facilities are clean and excellent . Spacious for the purposes of our visit, very clean, all amenities we needed- kitchen well stocked- decent sized wine glasses!. They put me up across the street for the first night,which was a minor inconvenience. Staff did their best to make this right. Breakfast was pricey. Nothing. Nothing- no, the neighbours out the bedroom side were very close!. Had to leave. Nothing. The staff was not friendly and would not provide internet services without extra charges. Leaking shower. The charge for credit cards. I realise banks charge, but I accept that in my own holiday lettings. It just smacks of meanness And A better view would have been nice. Nothing. didn't appear to be air conditioning. Value for money was average.
