Please reply to this email with your estimated time of arrival. Early check-in is not possible. We do not have the keys to your apartment at our office before 15:00 CET. You are welcome to store your luggage at our office while waiting for the keys between 10:00 – 15:00 CET. We can offer you a late checkin from 20:30 – 22:00 CET if possible. Only after you’ve received a confirmation by email send from our office. We charge a late checkin fee of 35 euro’s at checkin. After 22:00hr checking in is not possible. You’re welcome to come back the next day between 10:00 – 20:15 CET at our office. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that for the apartments that offer a sofa bed, the sofa bed is situated in the living room of the apartment. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Short Stay Group - Prinsessegracht 6, 2514 AN The Hague. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
