The welcome was very good.Being British the tea making facilities were very welcome.The location was right in the centre of the shopping area, and there were plenty of restaurants around. car parking and location in city centre. Nice location, Spacious room. very convenient and accessible to all, e.g. transportation, retaurants etc.Was upgraded to suite, which was a nice surprise! Location, opposite parliament buildings and on tram routes from both main stations, is excellent.

Sheets and pillow cases were not changed, esp. when there were blood stain on my sheets. Carpet were quite dirty, not vaccumed thoroughly, very disappointed on this.
