The location is superb. 15 min walk from Centraal Station. Turn left out of the hotel and there are wonderful bars and restaurants. This leads into the main shopping areas which are lovely. Hotel rooms are good and the shower excellent. Very comfortable room for 1. Soundproofing excellent. Choice of pillows is a nice touch. Great to have tea and coffee making facilities as well as good tv channels. The wifi was a problem for Apple products, but once connected go to safari browser and type in: h.

Great bathroom and tv channel selection. also for the price which is very low, you also get a decent breakfast, and luggage storage... what more could you ask for ??? Well, if your answer is location, that is also covered... The hotel is located minutes from the city's main shopping area with hundreds of amazing stores... also, not too far from tourist attractions, such as the Mesdach Panorama and Madurodam !!! Highly recomme. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Free wifi was a great asset for my teenage daughter and when we realised we had forgotten a charger for her IPod the hotel helped out by lending us one (5€ refundable depo. 1) Great Location! Right next to the Plein, close to the train station and my work place 2) Great staff. Allowed me late check out and was also friendly and helpful when I needed info on the trains. special mention to Kayleigh at the reception who was very helpful with train info. 3) Decent room (206). Not very big but well-designed so I was not left feeling cramped. good use of space. Bathroom was also quite comfortable. 4) The garden view from my room was lovely. The staff were excellent they even let us do a late check out for free as it was customary as our flights were Leaving at 9pm. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower and bathroom was excellent and the bedrooms are spacious. Internet and wifi was excellent. Staff were really helpful in directions and printing maps. The main shopping centre is a 5 mins walk and food places are less than 3 mins. Bars and clubs are a minute away from the hotel including cafes. The hotel is brand new and the room rate is absolutely a great value. The included breakfast is high quality and much better than the one that I paid extra 16.5 euros to have in AMS. The location is very convenient to go anywhere. It is only walking distances to reach the central train station, museums and trams etc. More importantly, the bed and pilows are very comfortable. Free WiFi is fast. If I will go to Den Haag next time, I would like to stay here again. I arrived 2 hrs before check-in time but was booked into a room immediately without any comment, including a second key to use for the electricity lock so the room wouldn't be too cold on return. Excellent service. The rooms are fine, with C&T facilities, a choice of soft or firm pillows. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Fantastic location in center of The Hague, though its closeness to the Mauritshuis is irrelevant until mid-2014, when the museum reopens after massive renovation. Decor inside is more like an American than a Durch hotel, though they do serve as good a breakfast as any other place we stayed in Holland in six weeks. Gratis parking for bicycles is available in the locked underground parking garage. The location was great, near everything. Room was spacious, so I would have liked to have a comfortable chair to sit and read. There were no wardrobe or box to put things in. Breakfast was sufficient, but it is not very environmental friendly when every piece of ham and cheese is packed individually in plastics. Anyway a good hotel in the city centre and friendly personnel. The rooms are confortable, clean and very quiet. The bathroom is also great, and we were positivelly surprised about it. The breakfast had many nice options, and couldn't be better. For sure we would recommend it to anyone, and would go back there for a next visit to Den Haag! The compact rooms , the discipline of the hotel staff in maintaining acceptable standards of cleanliness , the blue light in the bathroom . The romm didn't have a great view as it faced the internal areas of the hotel. Consequently it was not very light - but we were staying in December so natural light was never going to be plentiful or bright!. 1) The entry card for my room stopped working atleast 3 times, so had to go back to reception each time. Was given a complimentary voucher in one instance to make up for this. 2) Breakfast buffet could have more variety for the price charged. You have to go completely outside the hotel for a smoke. They didn't have a fire exit to smoke outside like ibis does. The Wifi connection in my room hardly worked - maybe because it was in a corner of the building (#126). Since I only stayed one night it didn't matter much. Staff replied gracefully when I mentioned it at check-out. Я бы поставил максимальные оценки если бы не одно но. Тем не менее ночь с пятницы на субботу была тихой. Unlike any other hotel we stayed at in the Netherlands, a "double bed" here meant a narrow 54" (140 cm). Every other lodging we used in Holland in six weeks used "double bed" to mean two single beds pushed together, sometimes with separate mattresses, sometimes with a single mattress over the two box springs. Be aware, if you want a wider bed, you must follow American terminology and request a "queen" or "king" bed. The surrounding area could be noisy at night with music playing until late, this didn't keep us awake but the beat could be heard in our room which was room no. 08 on the ground floor. Nothing really. Not much!. Nothing..... There could have been more hangars in the room and a hook to hang stuff on in the bathroom. A fridge/minibar would have been nice. Rooms claim to be soundproofed, but you can still hear voices through the walls. Breakfast choice was limited. Nothing. Can be noisy on the Plein, especially Thursday to Saturday nights; ask for a room that overlooks the central atrium if you want silence (though the windows do a good job to block most of the noise). Many rooms have windows with a view to the hotel main hall, and no view to the city. Those travelling for business would not mind, but people travelling for tourism would feel disappointed. When checking out I should have been told about the 'city tax' and would have paid then and there but instead it was charged to my credit card later which incurs an additional charge for conversation. Not a big deal but much easier to have paid on checkout. An extra shelf in bathroom to put things would have been nice. Room facing hotel lounge: could not see what the weather was like in the morning (but these are very minor dislikes). 1. the hotel garage for car parking is too narrow-spaced. Our car can hardly enter the garage door. 2. And it is so hard to find the garage as the garage door is so small and no significant sign hung outside to help people easily locate it. No Hague map at the reception desk with the possibilities of location of main attractions. Only a standard map hard to read because of the clarity. It was all very good. Maybe a bit pricey, but maybe it;s okay price for Hague. I can think of nothing to insert here as everything was fine for us. Nothing to report!. This last visit, we had a room which faced inward towards the atrium. We could not get the room cool and as we could not open the window, had to prop the door open to the hallway. Unfortunately we had our room just the side where the disco Danzig is - it is just 8m from your bed - so there is no possibility to sleep until 3 o´lock until they are finished. I didn´t get along with the hair dryer either. Little or now place to put the clothes , have to " live out of the suitcase". Nothing. Absolutely no dresser for folded clothes, extremely small place for hanging clothes, plan to live out of you suitcase. The fact that there is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This was the third time i stayed here, so i tried different rooms. They are all ok if you travel solo, but if you aree a couple i would not choose for this hotel because of the beds. The doubles are really really small, the only other option is to choose twin beds. You have more space then, but they dont have the facilities to make the two beds into one big one (no top matras or big cover). breakfest is poor, coffee is not good at all(. The bed was rather small, but I am a big guy (190 cm). No provision for a small cupboard to hang clothes and a. I asked them to clean my room a little late than usual one day, 11.30 am but the cleaners only meade the beds and left clean towels. They didn't take the rubbish out of the room. Parking charge at 20 Euros per night. Minimal approach to tea/coffee supply in room.
