The office hours are: Monday – Friday : 10:00 - 20:15 CET Saturday – Sunday : 10:00 – 18:00 CET Checkin time from : 15:00 – 20:15 CET Please let us know what time you will be arriving at the office so we can make sure that we will be there to welcome you. Please reply to this email with your estimated time of arrival. Early check-in is not possible. We do not have the keys to your apartment at our office before 15:00 CET. You are welcome to store your luggage at our office while waiting for the keys between 10:00 – 15:00 CET. We can offer you a late check-in from 20:30 – 22:00 CET if possible. Only after you've received a confirmation by email send from our office. We charge a late check-in fee of 35 euro’s at check-in. After 22:00hr checking in is not possible. You’re welcome to come back the next day between 10:00 – 20:15 CET at our office. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment policies is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that cash payments are not allowed. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Prinsessegracht 6, 2514 AN Den Haag. Please inform Stayci Apartments Central Station in advance of your expected arrival time.
