Perfect cleanliness. Friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Extra large sliding window overlooking the ocean. Pleasant bathroom with Moroccan charm and Western comfort. Superb fruit basket, bottle of water, birthday cake for my wife, all offered. Real orange juice at breakfast. Free Wifi everywhere. Easy payment with credit card. all reviews » It was fantastic I got upgraded to a suite, my windows opened directly onto the sea. I could here the waves crash and seagulls and wind. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great. It really had the wow factor, pictures don't do it justice. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fantastic, with the odd seagull landing on the window nagging for food. This was the most amazing hotel,best we stayed in in Morocco. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to one of their best rooms which was amazing, the sliding doors with the sea view were fantastic, didn't want to leave the room. Very Clean, breakfast was on the top floor again with fabulous sea views. The location with the sea views and the sound of the ocean hitting the city walls below you all day and night was incredible. They also upgraded us to a suite, which was incredible given we got in late at night. The stff was very helpful. Amazing bedroom set into the city walls and overlooking the sea on two sides. Roof top terrace - comfortable with superb views. Convenient for the town, port and beach and Supratours express bus (which links with Marrakech). Most astonishing view possible. Rooms facing the seaside provide you with relaxing sound of crushing waives, very powerful and unforgettable!. The view here is absolutely amazing! Possibly the best view in town. Great free room upgrade on arrival. View is amazing. Amazing view,. Difficult to write evil after such a great experience, but in a review one has to remain objective. Too bad there is no elevator and about 80 steps from the ground floor to the panoramic terrace. The big covered riad is dark and a bit gloomy by bad weather. Nothing I didn't like if I had to say anything it was a bit dark. It had an air of faded decadence, for example there was a sunken bath in my room but the plug didn't work, however this just added to the quirkiness. I ate in the hotel the first night and food wasn't great. They also could have made more of the second roof terrace and put some sun beds up there. There are some small things that have fallen a bit into disrepair but nothing really egregious. During our stay few guests ate their evening meal at the hotel, so the atmosphere in the restaurant was poor. No alcohol. No alcohol service,.
