  All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I really wanted to experience a cooking school that is mentioned in 'Lonely Planet' and they arranged it for me.   The day we arrive,the guest well known of our arrivals,greet us welcomely. The location is near to the town,about 5 minutes,but away from hustle n bustle, was about 10 to 15 minutes to airport,it was strategic! The enviroment,was nice,but the some of the staff was only nice to foreign tourist but not to local tourist,I wonder why? I stayed in the courtyard,I like the room very much,it was so comfy and - This was our first visit to Sarwak and Kuching. This hotel was just what we wanted. We did not want to stay in the modern high rise hotels near the water front yet not knowing the area we weren't able to find anything traditional further out of Kuching.Basaga Residences were ideal; although the hotel itself was situated within Kuching you felt that you were out in the countryside. The staff were extremly helpful in all aspects and the whole atmosphere was relaxing.

  I liked my room cause I've got a good view of the river and I can see the mountain from my room. And the staf were friendly and helpfull. I'd like to stay in Hilton when I visit Kuching. - The location is excellent right across the road from the Sarawak River. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

  The location is perfect. It's just next to the famous seafood centre called Topspot. There is a shopping mall and 7Eleven close by. The apartment is equipped with a microwave and cooking facilities (which is a plus for me). The wifi is free and connection was not bad. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
