When I arrived, Hosun (the charming boss) showed me my single room and said, somewhat apologetically, that it was very tiny; I disagree! It's the biggest tiny room I've seen, with plenty of space for me to scatter my stuff around. The room comes equipped with AC, a long mirror, a nightstand with a lamp and a few hangers for you to dry the towels they provide. It also has a big window which lets in a lot of light, but with thick curtains in case you prefer to sleep in a pitch dark room. The bed .

Throughout most of our stay there, we interacted with Hosun Ryu, the manager who was really really pleasant to talk to. He provided great advise on where and what to do around Seoul. Also an awesome person! - The location, which is just opposite Changdeokgung Palace, is just a few minutes walk away from the subway (Anguk Station), and also about 3 minutes away from the Airport Bustop which goes straight to the . Neighborhood is safe and peaceful and well connected to 2 subway stations. Convenience store is right next door to the hotel and a bigger one is about 50 yards down the street from the hotel. free daily breakfast was ample and super friendly manager Mr Hosun who will assist with almost anything you need. Taxi drivers are honest and won't attempt to cheat and most know this quaint little hotel just outside the gates of Changukgung Palace. I will high recommend this hotel to any family with max 3. The place is very clean and new, staff are very kind and always ready to help you, especially I didn't know where to take a bus to airport but they helped me and even walked with me to be sure that I won't lost. Also it's very hard to find people who can speak english well, but all staff there good in english so I didn't have any troubles with communication. The very good thing is that place is located 5min from 2 subway stations. I've checked others places but couldn't fine anything better for. The staff were super helpful and spoke English very well. The washing machine could be used for about $2 a load and a clothes airier was supplied. We enjoyed the fact that transport was nearby and if we caught a taxi, we could tell them to go to the nearby palace which they all understood. Breakfast was included and excellent food. The kitchens in our rooms were a godsend... Scrambled eggs for a late dinner one night! The staff came to pick us up in a mini van on the first night as we were lost. I should start first, on highly praising on the safetly in the hostel. A couple of times, the door wasn't closed but my things were all still there! The staff team - is absolutely friendly, by the end of the 7days stay, we (all females) managed to accumlate 4 heavy lugguges, and they offered to help carry them to the bus stop! We all agreed - the beds were comfy, sound asleep every nite. It wasn't till the 2nd last day, we found there is so much places to eat in the area - it's about 10-15 walk. Everything's sweet. The internet phone is free served to make a call abroad at any time. The location of the hostel is good. The famous historical resorts are in the neighborhood. It's quite convenient to take bus or metro since the station is nearby. The place is also safe and quiet during our stay both in weekdays and weekend. What worth to mention is the hosts here, who are decent,friendly and thoughtful. Stay in STAY IN GAM is for sure next time when coming to Seoul=). The location is convenient especially to tourists because it's near the Changdeokgung Palace airport bus station. The staffs are very kind, hospitable and welcoming, not to mention they speak good in English so there's no problem for foreigners who can't speak Korean. The room is clean, well-ventilated and it feels like you are on your own home. You would want to stay longer here. Money is really worth it. :D. Great location, it's very closed to Changdeogung paplace. It's also conveinent to walk to 2 subway stations, Station Anguk station exit 3 or Jong Ro 3-Ga station, just take you 5- 10 minutes for walking. Overall, you get more than what you paid for, very good value for money. it was a good place to stay in I cant say that much because we literally used the hostel to sleep dint even make it for the breakfast its very clean and beds are quite comfortable. We are given towels as well which is not mentioned in the facilities. The hostel is a bit pricey for the backpacker hostels we are used to but you are not disappointed one bit with the money you pay. It's pretty awesome to experience 3-day hostel in Stay in GAM, all the staff were extrmely nice, especially for the handsome boss who kindly help to drive us to the subway station in the rain and lifted me and my friend Grace's horribly heavy suitcases downstairs in the platform! The breakfast comes with egg,ham, banana, toast, cereal, milk and juice is quite generous considering the price, and the dining area is good too, like a very relaxing cafe. The owner is very handsome and kindly. We chose a family room,the room is big enough for us,and bright,clean....They cleaned room everyday, and the breakfast is also delicious.It's near the subway,the location is perfect and near of many palaces. One of my first encounters with Koreans was here and it made very good impression on me. Staff speaks English very well and is maximally outgoing (e.g. writing order for korean speciality in nearby restaurant in Korean, so the staff there would know what I want :D ). I love everything at Stay in GAM. It is so close to the palaces, the subway station and the bus station. I love their daily buffet breakfast of cereals, toast, eggs, ham, yoghurt, milk and orange juice. Staff is super friendly and can converse very well in English. The only disadvantage, if I have to be picky, it seems like that the public area on 1st floor is functioned as the place for breakfast. It's not common to see guests stay there for chatting or information sharing. Nothing. Nothing. The room was quiet small, but consider the price, it's fine. Guests should be aware that every floor shares one public bathroom. Toilet could be a little cleaner. It would've been nice to have had proper bath towels, liquid shampoo and body gel instead of bar soap. a little bit disappointed with the breakfast for it didn't seem similar like the photo show nor the review I saw. no. A little bit noisy.Some people sleep late and take shower after 12 pm. The rooms could use some silencer. Hostel can be a little hard to find. Definitely need a map and an address if you want to find it at first or if you want to explain to cab drivers where you are staying. Nothing. Bathroom is too small considering it is shared with almost 6 to 8 people. family type room a little small. air conditioner too loud. None. walking distance to subway :(. The bathroom floor was often wet because of the shower system. The breakfast did not offer many options. the breakfast can not be more easier and there is non korean food. no coffee and butter for breakfast.
