This was my first time staying here. Staff was helpful and easy to communicate with in English. Good location near the main downtown core of Seoul. One of the more affordable options in a city filling up with luxury (and expensive) hotels. Worked good for me as a solo traveler. Wifi throughout building and in room. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit on the small side but adequate since most of time is not spent in there anyway. Bigger problem was cleanliness--there was a bit more grime and mold in places than I was comfortable with, along walls, in fridge, above bathroom sink, on ac/heating unit, etc. (bed was clean though).
