We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk. When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle. On the final night of our stay, we requested for a parking space and were processed promptly and given a spare slot (while our rental car was waiting right outside the lobby) even though we did not book any parking in advance. all reviews » The hotel is located just on the outskirts of busy Shibuya. Everything (shopping, food, transport) is within a very close range. The room was big with everything required for a comfortable stay (fast wifi, good space, fridge, cooking facilities, bath, good water pressure etc.) The staff were very helpful. Some reviews complain about the room only being cleaned daily for stays under six days and weekly for longer stays. We stayed for eight nights and enjoyed that you didn't worry about the clean. Great place to stay if you want a kitchen and large rooms. We had a twin room with kitchenette and it was a delight to be able to spread out our things compare to other places we stayed. Handy to Shibuya station and the famous crossing - just a 5-10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and a very handy market across from the entrance to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free wifi a bonus. Washer/dryer in the apartment also a bonus however leave plenty of time to get your clothing dry . Friendly, efficient, helpful and professional staff. The location was slightly further away from Shibuya Station that we would have preferred, but still an excellent place to stay. The breakfast - very basic safe options (bread, eggs, juice, coffee etc.) plus some weirder breakfast combinations (chicken fried rice, hamburger meat etc.) which are probably best avoided if have a sensitive stomach in the morning. This is not exactly a con, but keep in mind that - as most Japaneese people - staff tends to speak very basic English only. The hotel was a little difficult to find when we initially arrived in Shibuya as it is on a bit of a side street. probably just the view onto apartments from my window but I wasn't there much only at night to sleep. Only got up for breakfast once but itwwasn't fantastic. The staff is friendly, but their English is sometimes a bit lacking. If you book more than a week than you will get too little room cleaning. I stayed eight days and the room was cleaned only once, because of the week threshold. That was a bit disappointing. Difficult to communicate with reception but was fun (sorry I don't speak Japanese). Kitchenette in room too old. the hotel is a bit difficult to find. We walked up and down hill with our suitcases around 30 mins before finding the hotel. breakfast too basic. Not enough choices, especially for people who don't eat meat. Had some issues with my credit card when checking in, staff weren't very helpful trying to assist me in resolving them. Bathroom looked a bit worn. The hotel was not very close to the station. Early breakfast and lack of wifi in my room 611. a bit too far from the train station.
