  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

  The Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on my group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and had to transfer to Shin-Osaka to catch our bullet train to Nagoya. I believe his name was Mr. Sakaguchi who called for a quotation for 2 jumbo taxis. This is the real Osaka on a plate!!! - Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

  The location is good, not far from Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi station. The staff was good, they let us leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in. The public bath is awesome and open almost all day and all night. The room is clean and full of facilities. The supermarket is just next to the hotel. It was very good time staying in this hotel and will go back again next time :) - It was in the perfect spot for walking around and taking in the sights, the shopping district was a small walk away a Citibank ATM which you can withdraw on international cards was around the corner.   The place is very well located. The staff is awesome and the equipements are more than suffisant. With wifi in all the rooms. I really felt like home after 1 day and I met great people.   Almost everything. The room was spacious - a welcome change for the big cities - and had everything that we needed. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the futons were some of the best we slept on. The location is what makes it, though. It's a well known hotel, apparently, so our taxi driver knew exactly where to take us. Location is near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and there is a direct exit from the subway to the hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful and left luggage is stored securely (they keep the luggage inside their office and give you a claim number). Also, it was raining when we stayed there and they lent us umbrellas which was another plus
