The location is good, not far from Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi station. The staff was good, they let us leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in. The public bath is awesome and open almost all day and all night. The room is clean and full of facilities. The supermarket is just next to the hotel. The guest can use free computer and internet in the lobby and also use free wifi in the room. It was very good time staying in this hotel and will go back again next time :).
all reviews » It was in the perfect spot for walking around and taking in the sights, the shopping district was a small walk away a Citibank ATM which you can withdraw on international cards was around the corner. The small side ally food places were to die for! Out of all the places we stayed in different towns around japan this was the most convinient. Excellent very helpful staff who spoke very good English, lovely onsen to have a good soak in! Close walk to all major attractions/eating/shopping. Clean and compact room - not big in size but had everything we needed. Didn't do the soba noodles but think that would have been great as well!. New facilities, comfortable - convenient check-in and check-out. Staff was helpful. Room size was quite adequate for Japan. Helpful staff, the otsen is great, very close to nightlife. When reach from the airport through nankai JR, to get to yotsubashi line have to go up the staircase cross the road and go down the staircase again then make another 10 minutes walk before reach the hotel. This is especially tiring when with luggage. Staff service not good especially the reception counter staff. Small size room, clastrophobic!. staff not so friendly. 1. Room Air-conditioner is out of services 2. Non-smoking room with smoking smell. The corridor smells of tobacco smoke.
