The staff were really friendly and gave us good recommendation to nearby restaurants. Wi-fi is available in the hotel, unlike to what the hotel description says online, but wi-fi signal tends to be weak in the room compared to that in the lobby. It is extremely close to Shinsaibashi and American Village, for those who enjoy shopping, and a 5 min walk from the train station via the underground shopping road. all reviews » We booked a small double room but surprisingly it was quite big and comfortable. The toilet is well equipped and the towels are very new. The location is also very near the shopping streets and subway station. Overall we were very satisfied, we will book this hotel again if we come back to Osaka. The heater in our room was broken in a first 2 night but it was fixed in the 3rd night, the furniture in the room was quiet dated and some were broken.
