Great location, very close to metro station Shinsaibashi from where all Osaka is easy to be reached. Close to shopping district, but still quiet as is just behind the corner.
It's superb convention location, shopping district and a lot of nice food here,hotel are clean,staff are friendly, provide breakfast daily!.

Situate in Shinsaibashi station, which allow us to commute to another location with ease. Apart from this, the hotel is very near to Dotonbori; which is leave a good memory for dining and shopping. It is also a walking distance to Namba station as well.
The hotel was convenient as far as shopping and subway is concerned. Finding food to eat was everywhere near the hotel. Breakfast was included which was alright since I don't want to go looking for something to eat early in the morning.

There arent any WIFI although you can see LAN network cable in the room.
Room was smaller than I was used to but its seems to be the norm in the area. Difficult to communicate in English with the hotel staff. Breakfast was the same the six days we were there and already cold at 7:30am.
So small. Bathroom is not good,bad design to use!Bed is so tiny!The only advantage is the good price and location!.
