1. Cleanliness. Very clean. Housekeeping was done every 4 days. 2. Attached bathroom. Has own tub and shower with hotwater. Towels, Shampoo, shower foam, toothbrushes are all provided. 3. Small kitchen. It was worth the stay because of this. Heated plate, kettle, plates, bowls, cutleries, glasses, mugs, fridge were all provided. Detergent was also available at the sink here. 4. Cosy bed. 5. Good working aircon. 6. Helpful staff who speak English. We needed to print our boarding passes and a nic.
all reviews » The hotel was really convenient,even though it's not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of namba and dotonbori,it's still close enough and very quiet..just around the corner of daikakucho subway station,which is a blessing if you're using the kansai thru or osaka unlimited pass,but a bit of a walk from JR namba station..there's also a 24-hour supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. The staff were really excellent,they speak perfect english and always answer our queries with a smile. Excellent Location, 5 minutes walk to the train station or subway, which can drop you at the Universal Studios door or in the heart of Namba. Convenience stores are close. The staff helps you with everything you need: Wi-fi in the room, if you need more towels, or have any questions just go to the front desk (or use the intercom). If you like luxury and be pampered with room service, and other things, this place is not for you, but if you are like me (who does not like to spend money but like. Its a very budget friendly apartelle. Mind you this is not a full hotel but for the price it can't be beat. (though he is a little awkward) The location is pretty good, it has two grocery stores that is about 1 min away on foot an the subway is 2-3 mins on foot as well (Exit 2 is closest to Weekly Green) You. The double that we got was comfortable and clean. It had a kitchenette just add you enter the room equipped with the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals using the electric stove. The hotel itself is located 5-7 minutes away from Imamiya station and easy to find. That was helpful as we were carrying rucksacks. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of town but safety was never an issue. Some eateries very near the hotel and a sizeable supermarket just round the corner which opens till late. Staff members were freaking friendly. They try to help you as much as possible and provide you any information you need. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from jr Imamiya station and very close to Namba and Dotombori which is a huge nightout / tourist district in Osaka. Finding a hotel for 3 people to stay in the same room is difficult in Japan. This hotel/apartment was perfect for us: 3 separate twin beds, spacious living/dining room and kitchen. The cost to do your laundry is very expensive, ¥200 to wash and then ¥100 to dry per 30 minutes. 30 mins, however, is going to leave your jeans still very very damp. Even though once you know the direction, finding this place from Imamiya station is a piece of cake but if it's your very first visit, it might be confusing and tricky. I recommend you to look up on google map with street details and directions and what not before going to this place. Cleaning was done only once during the stay, not every day. There was no breakfast, but staff pointed out a nice cafe just 2 minutes away. It was a little difficult to find the first time. nothing!. Lack of wifi and the aged lobby. Wasn't an issue but make sure you inform them before if arriving after ten pm as the doors are locked and no one is on reception. Bed is noisy. Loud sound from corridor too when people walked through. You could hear your neighbor talking as well. The place is a bit difficult to find just because the roads around it can be a little confusing. There really should be directions from daikokucho exit 2. Nothing!. not so close to the center of osaka but really close to train station. maybe a bit expensive for backpackers like me. nothing. No english / english subtitled programs on TV. No day-tours booking Toilet is rather cramp. None of the nearby restaurants/ coffee shops had English menus. If there are any that do that we didn't see, it would be great if the manager could point them out in the very helpful map. Nothing. Place is not too near the train station, about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. creaky bed could be more comfortable, not much in the directly surrounding area (but easy to get to other places). No reading lamp by bed. nothing!. not so many flaw :-). Pillows were hard for our liking. Nothing. Althought it is easy to reach and you also got a subway station just 2min walk from you it can be a little out of the way if you want to visit the city centre (i've booked it as nothing else was available). Anyway it's not such a drowback especially if you stop there only for 1 night. Nothing. There is no printer at the reception PC. To consider to install or at least connect a printer so that guests could print important documents. The hotel can charge a sum for the amount of pages being printed. This is a very common service provided by many other hotels. nothing.

Continue in the same direction from the exit on the right side of the street.Keep walking until you hit the second traffic lights, where there is a Seven Eleven convenience store. Turn right at the intersection. Walk 100 metres and the property will be on the right. (The entrance is around the side.) Please note that Exit 6 is not the closest but it is the only exit with an elevator. The closest exit is Exit 2 but is not recommended when carrying luggage. Please note that the property may not be able to assign the same room when guests extend their stay. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
