The staff couldn't speak English very well, but tried their best to answer my questions and help me. I was impressed with their attitude. Additionally, the hotel is very equipped and comfortable for the price you pay. It's pretty quite (I guess it's more of business district. So, it was very quite when I was staying there over the weekend) but there are several convenient store and a few good restaurants nearby. You can easily go to Umeda or Namba for shopping as well. Hotel staffs are kind and helpful, room is not so big but very clean and cozy. The continental style breakfast was pretty ok.
